The White River Valley Historical Society has done a fantastic job of documenting the cemeteries of Taney county and you will find many of the links on this page take you to their site. They continue to have monthly field trips to area cemeteries to verify and update information in their files. I have it on good authority that they have plans to add a searchable database for Taney and area cemeteries and when that is available we will connect you to it as well. You will also find here a few other cemetery related materials. If you live close enough Taney County that you could assist in surveying and transcribing some of the cemeteries that have not yet been done or that have not been checked in quite a while, please contact the County Coordinator. If you have corrections or additions to suggest for this page, or if you have information you would like to make available online but just don't have the place or the expertise, please contact the County Coordinator at:
